Dymtro Timashov, The Maple Leafs 5th round pick in 2015 has really begun to show his skill set with the Toronto Marlies.
When Kapanen and Johnsson were promoted to the Maple Leafs at the mid-point of the Season last year it was Timashov that Sheldon Keefe promoted on the Marlies.
In the late stretches of the AHL season the speedy and creative winger showed us what he can really do offensively and has carried that into the Marlies Calder Cup run with 12 points in 20 games.
Although we have not seen an overly offensive output from the 5’11 187lb Sweden Native with 58 points in 130 AHL games he has done so in a bottom 6 role.
With what he has shown us in limited time in a top 6 role we have seen a much more confident more productive Timashov with 25 points through the 1st 36 games of the Season.
Way too inconsistent
